To Our Friends & Neighbors:
The Madelia Community Hospital Foundation joins the community to ensure quality healthcare is available for our community today and tomorrow.
Madelia Community Hospital Foundation will operate for the benefit of and to carry out the purposes of the Madelia Community Hospital by soliciting and accepting funds and property. The Foundation is overseen by a board of trustees composed of local citizens.
Madelia Community Hospital Foundation was formed in 2004 with a 12 member Board of Directors who represent the local businesses and community. The Foundation employs a full time Executive Director, the hospital provides Administrative support for the organization.
Mission Statement:
Madelia Community Hospital Foundation exists to be stewards of donations given to support of the state-of-the-art health services provided by Madelia Community Hospital. The Foundation, serves as the bridge between Madelia Community Hospital, its patients, area friends and supporters.
Vision Statement:
Gifts to the Madelia Community Hospital Foundation will be utilized to ensure quality healthcare exists for your family today and tomorrow.
Goals:

To raise awareness of the Foundation and to provide an avenue for charitable contributions to Madelia Community Hospital.

To raise funds through public and private donations for the benefit of Madelia Community Hospital.

To create, foster and maintain an endowment fund.

To inform the general public that their donation will contribute in a meaningful way to the enhancement of patient care.
