Athlete of the Month

School Year

Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine are proud to recognize local athletes with the “Athlete of the Month” Award.  The recipient will be a high school athlete who is in good standing academically, shows leadership among his or her peers and has made a recovery from a physical injury with the assistance of Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. The Athlete of the Month will be recognized with a poster, acknowledgement in the Madelia Messenger and presented with a gift certificate for a free 30 minute massage at Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic.
