Timothy Backenberg, M.D
Dr. Bachenberg received his  MD from Mayo Medical School and completed his residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in family practice.  He has been practicing in the Fairmont area since 1996.

Kathryn Eisenmenger-Fuentes, PA-C
 Kathryn received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. Kathryn is bilingual and has been practicing in the Fairmont area since 2009.

  

Patricia Fahey-Bacon, CFNP
 Patricia received her Master of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University.  She is a faculty member with Presentation College, Fairmont campus and has been practicing in the Fairmont area since 2007.
