Athlete of the Month

2012 - 2013 School Year

Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine are proud to recognize local athletes with the “Athlete of the Month” Award. 

Recipient are high school athletes who:

• Are in good standing academically
• Show leadership among his or her peers
• Have made a recovery from a physical injury with the assistance of Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.

Athletes are recognized with:

• A poster at their school
• Listing on the MCHC Website
• Acknowledgement in the Madelia Times Messenger
• Gift certificate for a free 30-minute massage at Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic
