Making a Gift to the Madelia Community Hospital Foundation
Your gift is an opportunity to partner with Madelia Community Hospital Foundation to ensure the Hospital is available today and tomorrow to provide quality healthcare for our patients and their families.
Foundation gifts will be utilized to support innovative programs, staff and community education and life saving medical care.
Donor Appreciation Wall
To encourage yearly giving and perpetual gifts, the Foundation recognizes donations and memorials on a donor wall located in the front lobby. Cumulative contributions of $1000 or more will be acknowledged with a permanent name plate on the Donor Wall shown in the photo.

You can mail your donation with this form to Madelia Community Hospital Foundation at 121 Drew Ave SE, Madelia, MN 56062. Foundation gift envelopes are also available at area churches, funeral homes or at the hospital.
