Why was the Foundation formed?
The Madelia Community Hospital was formed to provide charitable
support for the future medical and educational needs of Madelia
Community Hospital, apart from normal operating expenses.
How will the community benefit from the Foundation?
The community will benefit from a modern medical facility, which
keeps abreast with medical advancements.
How will a donor benefit from the Foundation?
Donors will value the opportunity to partner with the Foundation
to provide their community with a life-saving medical facility and
an enhanced quality of life. A more tangible benefit is the tax
deduction derived from a donation to the Foundation, which is a 501
c 3 corporation.
How will donations be utilized?
Donations will assist in providing specialized medical equipment
and training for healthcare providers in our community. Staff will
work with the donor to assist them in meeting their philanthropic
aspirations.
Who do I contact to discuss making a donation?
Vicki Rosenberg is the Foundation Executive Director, you may

She is available to meet with you to discuss opportunities to
partner with the Foundation to meet your philanthropic goals.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Because the Foundation is a not for profit, all gifts are tax
deductible to the full extent of the law.
How are donations accepted?
You can mail your donation with a copy of the form from our web
site to Madelia Community Hospital Foundation at 121 Drew Ave SE,
Madelia, MN 56062. You may also call Vicki Rosenberg at Madelia
Community Hospital and make arrangements for Vicki to pick up your
gift. Foundation gift envelopes are available at area churches and
funeral homes or stop by the hospital and pick up a gift envelope.
