Home Care - RN Case Manager

Full Time Position

IT Support Specialist

Full time position. Seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and support rapid organizational growth. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide enterprise level and technology related support for our end users. A successful candidate will be competent from a technology and support perspective, but because this is a customer-facing role, customer service related skills (sense of ownership and urgency) are equally important. 

Responsibilities: 

  •           Diagnose and troubleshoot technology and procedural issues encountered by our user community
  • Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problem through to resolution in a timely manner
  • Deploying desktops, troubleshooting multi-function printers and scanners
  • Be the advocate / liaison between MCHC and third party IT support organization
  • Keeping current systems updated and operating smoothly
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed; escalate as needed
  • Connect users to networks and provides initial training to new employees.
  • Documentation of current processes if/when a procedure is not available
  • Some assistance with application support as well as infrastructure (servers/network) on an as needed basis
  • Utilize the ticket system to ensure all issues are captured and closed out in a timely manner
  • Additional duties as assigned by MCHC leadership

Qualifications:  Associates degree in technology related field, or equivalent, related work experience. B.S. / B.A. degree – Preferred. Experience in healthcare support – Preferred. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Experience working in a fast paced organizational environment. Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician

Full time position available in Laboratory. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with rotating call, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities: Duties cover all areas of the lab: Phlebotomy, specimen processing, test performance, result reporting, and use of the EHR.

Family Nurse Practitioner – Clinic/ER/Hospital

Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is interested in providing care in a multi-discipline environment including clinic, urgent care, emergency department and inpatient/outpatient hospital setting. This FNP will provide comprehensive medical care encompassing everything from acute illnesses to complex health issues in patients of all ages in a rural community. The FNP will join a team of four other providers and work autonomously as well as collaborate with the lead Physician. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient communication skills and a commitment to efficiency, quality of care and the best patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program, DNP preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Minnesota RN and APRN license and Certification as a FNP
  • Family Nurse Practitioner certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) / the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), dual certification as Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) desirable
  • Ability to practice independently; 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Valid driver's license
